The user does not acquire any rights or licenses through the contracted service over the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor over the technical information related to service monitoring, except for the rights and licenses necessary to fulfill the contracted services and only for the duration thereof.
Any action beyond the fulfillment of the contract will require written authorization from El Punto Domex S.L. The user is prohibited from accessing, modifying, or viewing the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by El Punto Domex S.L., and shall assume civil and criminal liability for any incident that may occur in the servers and security systems as a direct result of negligent or malicious actions.
Intellectual Property of Hosted Content
The use of services provided by El Punto Domex S.L. in violation of intellectual property legislation is prohibited, in particular:
- Use that is contrary to Spanish law or infringes third-party rights.
- The publication or transmission of any content that, in the opinion of El Punto Domex S.L., is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic, or defamatory.

Protection of Hosted Information
El Punto Domex S.L. performs backup copies of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the full restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period elapsed since the last backup.
The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content preserved in backup copies when the loss is attributable to the user. In such cases, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to prior acceptance by the user.
Data restoration is included in the service price only when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to El Punto Domex S.L.
Commercial Communications
In application of the LSSI, El Punto Domex S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by their recipients.
In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, El Punto Domex S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications relating to products or services of El Punto Domex S.L. that are similar to those initially contracted by the client.
In all cases, the user, after proving their identity, may request not to receive further commercial information through the Customer Service channels.
